• 根据采购战略开发供应商，参与供应商审核活动，以确保供应商在质量、交付、行为准则、风险和环境方面的能力。 2. 谈判指定商品的条款和合同，以推动公司的总成本。 3. 针对通货膨胀/降本/产能预测对指定的物料组制定基准。 4. 与内部客户合作，识别降本机会，合理管理供应链并推动质量，降本和减少供应商数量。 5. 负责RFQ，管理供应商产品打样流程，跟进产品质量，直至量产 6. 了解并实时监控市场状况/趋势、技术的发展、供应链能力、产品知识、客户需求和以及供需挑战，并积极主动地管理供应链中的风险。 7. 管理采购项目和供应商转移项目，参与VAVE活动，推动材料成本降低。 8. 在建立和维护供应商合同和采购协议方面发挥主导作用。 9. 管理供应商风险，制定改善措施。 Job Description/Responsibility
• Develop supplier according to sourcing strategy, participate in the supplier audit activities to secure a capable supplier regarding quality, delivery, code of conduct, risk and environment.
• Negotiate the terms and contracts for the assigned commodity to drive the best in terms of total cost of ownership for the company.
• Develop baseline for commodity & inflation / savings / productivity forecasts for assigned commodity.
• Work with internal customers to identify opportunities for cost savings, supply base rationalization and execute projects that drive quality, savings and reduce number of suppliers.
• Responsible for RFQ, manage supplier sampling process and follow up parts qualification until series production.
• Understand and monitor current commodity market conditions/trends, technology development, supply chain capacity/ capability, product knowledge, customer requirements and supply/demand challenges and manage risk in the supply chain pro-actively.
• Manage sourcing project and supplier transfer project, participate in the VAVE activities to drive material cost reduction.
• Play a leading role in establishing and maintaining supplier contracts and purchasing agreements.
• Manage supplier risk and develop mitigation activities. 任职要求： 工作要求/标准
• 有驱动技术和电气行业（PLC, LCD, 变频器, 伺服电机, 传感器, 线束...）工作经验 2. 熟悉电气产品制造工艺及供应链，有塑机行业或者工程机械行业经验优先考虑 3. 具有较强的项目管理能力和有效的谈判技巧 4. 全局的、战略性的思考，能够制定物料组采购的策略 5. 英语口语和书面交流能力强，能够处理全球供应商和全球团队的问题 6. 熟悉excel/PPT，善于报表 7. 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力 8. 有技术背景更佳 9. 团队合作和目标导向
• 适应商务旅行 Job Requirement
• Experience in drive technology and electrical industry (PLC, LCD, converter, servo motor, sensor, cable harness...)
• Strong knowledge on electrical manufacturing process and supply base, experience in plastic machinery or construction industry is preferred
• Strong Project Management skill with effective negotiation skill
• Think strategically and develop commodity sourcing strategy
• Strong in English Communication in both written and oral to be able to handle global suppliers and global teams
• Familiar with excel/PPT and good at report out
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical background is a plus
• Teamwork and Target oriented
• Adapt to business trip
