If so, this role is for you! 工作职责 / Key Responsibilities 该职位主要负责通过数据分析支持产品定价策略与促销政策的制定与落地。核心职责包括产品定价分析、促销政策制定、活动执行追踪与效果评估，为业务决策提供数据支持。 1.促销与消费者权益策略支持与执行监控 2.支持年度促销日历的制定，确保与业务目标一致 3.协助设计促销政策与活动机制，推动客户升级消费（upselling） 4.监控门店端折扣、促销的执行情况，确保促销策略落地 5.负责促销活动的数据追踪与后评估（post-mortem analysis），提炼可复用的经验 6.作为系统关键用户，联动IT部门推动门店定价与促销系统的持续优化 7.监测竞品促销动态，提出应对建议 8.产品组合与数据分析 9.支持产品组合管理，协助分析产品销售结构、均价、折扣率、毛利等关键指标 10.负责月度销售预测中的产品结构与价格数据分析 11搭建和维护产品定价与促销相关的数据看板，提升数据驱动决策能力 关于你/任职资格 About You/Qualifications
