Control the manufacturing costs of the workshop, and take charge of skills training, performance incentives, and daily team management. 负责车间的安全生产落实工作。主导落实质量管控标准，降低不良率。确保订单按时交付。管控车间制造成本、负责技能培训、绩效激励与日常班组管理等。 主要职责： Comply with relevant laws and regulations, system requirements and company management rules, implement work safety management, and ensure work safety. 遵守相关法律法规、体系要求和公司管理规定，落实安全生产管理工作，确保安全生产。 Assist in implementing the company's quality standards, organize the analysis of defects, promote the implementation of quality improvement initiatives, and continuously enhance quality indicators. 协助落实公司质量标准，并能组织分析缺陷并推动质量改善实施，持续提升质量指标。 Allocate the resources of ***, Machine, Material, Method, and Environment (5M1E) based on sales orders and production tasks; track the production progress in real time to ensure the on-time delivery of orders. 依据销售订单和生产任务，调配人、机、料、法、环（5M1E）资源；实时跟踪生产进度，保障订单按时交付。 Control the manufacturing costs of the workshop, promote lean production, optimize the production process, and improve production efficiency. 管控车间制造成本，推行精益生产，优化生产流程，提高生产效率。 Be responsible for the team management of the shift group: handle daily attendance and scheduling, conduct performance management, formulate staff training and development plans, so as to stabilize the team and boost morale. 负责班组的团队管理：日常考勤与排班、绩效管理、指定人员培训及发展计划稳定团队提升士气。 Analyze production data to identify process bottlenecks; promote projects such as automated transformation, process optimization, or 5S on-site management, so as to continuously improve production efficiency and workshop management standards. 分析生产数据，识别流程瓶颈；推动自动化改造、工艺优化或 5S 现场管理等项目，持续提升生产效率和车间管理水平。 Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information. 遵守公司信息安全管理规定，对公司信息保密，不泄露，保证信息的安全。 Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time. 配合公司需要，随时承担上级委派的其他任务。 需要的教育、经验、知识及技能： College degree or above. 大专及以上学历。 At least 3 years of team/shift group management experience. 三年及以上班组管理经验。 Good data analysis skills, communication skills, and learning ability. 良好的数据分析能力、沟通能力和学习能力。 Able to adapt to shift work. 能够适应翻班。
