该职位来源于猎聘任职要求： 1、年龄26-50周岁, 2、在杭州工作两年及以上经验 3、大专学历及以上（学信网可查） 4、执行力强、自律性强、目标性强、责任心强岗位职责： 1、处理团队和客户相关事宜 2、各部门对接工作，监督业绩考核 3、人员的管理，团队建设，团队运营 4、绩效跟进 .思维清晰.积极正向适应变化并及时调整，落地推动能力强。 5、制度规划团队任务，对团队的建设培养及日常指导，监督，检查所属下及各项工作完成的管理

工作时间：9:00-17:00 周末双休法定节假日休
