業務内容
・訪問看護ステーションでの看護業務全般
・精神疾患をお持ちの方や心のケアを必要とされている患者様のご自宅へ訪問し、助言や援助などのトータルサポート
・バイタルチェック、服薬管理、療養上の生活指導、その他必要な処置
・家族相談支援
・オンコールなし
必要な経験等
精神科の勤務経験が1年以上ある方、もしくは精神科訪問看護基本療養算定要件研修終了者、電子カルテ入力ができる方
勤務時間
①8:30～17:00
休日
休日：日曜日、国民の祝日、フレックス休日、年末年始
年間休日112日（フレックス休日2日含む）
日・祝は事業所自体がお休みでそれ以外のお休みはご自身で設定できます。
