该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责半导体芯片新产品从研发到量产的导入工作，制定导入计划和流程
- 协调研发、生产、测试等部门，解决新产品导入过程中的技术问题
- 跟踪新产品试制过程，收集数据并分析，推动产品性能优化
- 建立新产品导入的相关文档，确保生产过程符合质量标准
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子或相关专业
2.3年以上半导体行业新产品导入经验，熟悉芯片制造流程
- 具备良好的问题解决能力和跨部门沟通协调能力
- 熟悉质量管理体系，能编写技术文档和报告
