该职位来源于猎聘 我们是金光集团，林浆纸一体化的印尼企业，也是浆和纸行业的领头企业。我们地产板块有一个工业园区项目在浦东，目前为招商团队寻找实习生，需要协助招商团队做一些市场分析等基础工作。 工作职责 1、 进行市场调研，收集客户情报，并在市场调查和客户情报成果的基础上有效研究招商方案；
2、 收集、获取客户/品牌资源，建立客户/品牌档案，分析并确定目标客户/品牌，研究并提出招商模式，通过电销、渠道、中介等方式进行招商 3、 编制招商资料，制定并执行长、中、短期招商策略和优惠政策； 4、 制定并实施长、中、短期的招商计划； 5、 制定并实施签约客户进场、筹备、开业方案。
带教老师：招商总监 每周出勤3-4天
