About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions while supporting the firm's financial governance and operational excellence. In this role, you will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, oversee financial reporting and accounting operations, and ensure the accuracy of fund-related revenue and expense calculations. You will work closely with business teams, Operations, Compliance, external auditors, and senior management to support sound financial decision-making, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvements in financial controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, enhancement, and implementation of financial management policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecast exercises, and budget tracking processes, including variance analysis and performance monitoring.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger management, and financial close processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Calculate and review fund management fees, separately managed account fees, investment advisory fees, and related client servicing expenses.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support annual audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance reviews.
• Monitor financial risks and recommend process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and finance-related projects.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as required by management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Financial Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit functions.
• Solid experience in the asset management, investment fund, financial services, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience managing full-set accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong compliance awareness, risk management mindset, and professional integrity.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Big Four audit experience.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in fund management, asset management, or investment advisory businesses.

岗位职责

1. 协助建立、优化及推动公司财务管理制度、内部控制流程及管理体系建设；
2. 负责年度预算编制、滚动预测及预算执行跟踪，开展差异分析并提出优化建议；
3. 负责日常会计核算、账务处理、总账及明细账管理，确保财务数据准确、完整及合规；
4. 负责基金管理费、专户管理费、投资顾问费收入及客户维护费用等相关核算与复核工作；
5. 编制月度、季度及年度财务报告和管理层报告；
6. 负责财务结账工作，确保财务报表及时、准确完成；
7. 配合内外部审计、监管检查及监管申报工作，并推动问题整改落实；
8. 监督财务合规执行情况，识别并管控相关财务风险；
9. 与业务部门及相关职能团队紧密协作，支持公司经营及项目开展；
10. 完成管理层交办的其他工作事项。

任职资格

硬性要求

1. 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、经济或相关专业；
2. 具有5年以上财务、会计或审计相关工作经验；
3. 具备基金、资产管理、证券、银行或其他金融机构相关行业经验；
4. 熟悉全盘财务管理、会计核算及财务报表编制工作；
5. 熟悉预算管理、财务分析及内部控制相关流程；
6. 具备扎实的会计准则及财务专业知识；
7. 具备较强的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力及问题解决能力；
8. 工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的时间管理能力；
9. 具备良好的风险意识、合规意识及职业操守；
10. 普通话及英语流利，具备优秀的书面及口头沟通能力。

加分项

1. 具有四大会计师事务所审计工作经验；
2. 持有CPA、ACCA或同等专业资格证书；
3. 具有基金管理、资产管理或投资顾问行业财务管理经验；
4. 持有香港IANG签证者优先。
