About the role

This is a café management position responsible for overseeing café operations, managing the team, and ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee café service delivery and manage the team for operational efficiency
• Maintain store cleanliness, equipment, and facilities
• Schedule employee work shifts and manage working hours
• Control store expenses, prepare expense documentation, and coordinate with accounting department to compile receipts and tax invoices for weekly submission
• Analyze sales performance and support store growth
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and stock verification; oversee product allocation and staff stock counts
• Ensure store quality standards and compliance
• Review food and beverage quality and service standards
• Analyze P&L for raw materials and pricing for food, bakery, and beverages
• Memorize menu items and provide product recommendations to customers
• Process customer orders and input into POS system when needed during busy periods or staff shortages
• Coordinate event planning as event lead and contact person with customers and suppliers
• Manage online store operations, respond to customer inquiries via Line Official and Facebook
• Recruit and manage part-time staff for events and ensure adequate staffing for event scale
• Communicate in Thai and English

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานร้านาอาหารหรือคาเฟ่มาก่อน

• ดูแลรับผิดชอบการบริการของคาเฟ่ และบริหารทีมทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยสโตร์ เครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ ภายในร้าน

• กำหนดตารางการทำงาน เวลาทำงานของพนักงาน

• ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายของร้าน และสรุป จัดทำรายการเอกสารค่าใช้จ่ายของร้าน ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชี รวบรวมใบเสร็จ ใบกำกับภาษี เพื่อสรุปส่งให้ฝ่ายบัญชีในแต่ละอาทิตย์

• วิเคราะห์ยอดขายและช่วยทำให้ร้านเติบโต

• ควบคุมการสั่งสินค้า รับสินค้า ตรวจเช็คสินค้า / ควบคุมการตัดจ่ายสินค้า คุมพนักงานให้นับ Stock

-ดูแลเรี่องการจัดงาน event เป็นแม่งาน/contact person ในการประสานงานกับลูกค้าและ supplier ที่ต้องจัดจ้างเพื่อดำเนินงานจนสำเร็จเป้าหมาย

• ตรวจสอบร้านให้ได้คุณภาพ ตามมาตรฐานร้าน

• บุคลิคดี ขยัน รักงานบริการ มีความเป็นผู้นำ ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี

• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ตรงต่อเวลา บริหารทีมได้

• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพอาหารและบริการ

-ดู P&L ของวัตถุดิบและการคิดราคาของอาหาร เบเกอรี่ เครื่องดื่ม

• จดจำเมนู สามารถแนะนำเมนูต่างๆให้ลูกค้าได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว

-สามารถรับ order คีย์ออเดอร์เข้าระบบ POS แทนพนักงานได้เมื่อร้านยุ่งมากๆหรือมีการขาดพนักงาน

-ช่วยดูแลรับผิดชอบร้านในด้าน online ตอบลูกค้าใน Line Official / Facebook

-ดูแลการจ้างงาน part time กรณีต้องมีการจ้างเพิ่มในวันที่ร้านจัดงาน event และบริหารให้บุคคลากรในวันที่จัดงานเพียงพอต่อสเกลของงาน

• สื่อสารได้ทั้งไทยและอังกฤษ

เวลาทำงาน:

• 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ สลับหยุดวันธรรมดา

• 8.00 - 17.00 หรือ 9.00 - 18.00
