- פתיחת תביעות ועדכון נתונים במערכות החברה
- טיפול בתהליכי תשלום, ביצוע בקרות ומעקב אחר תשלומי תביעות
- ניהול וטיפול בתשלומי השתתפות עצמית
- הקמת ספקים ועבודה שוטפת במערכות החברה
- עבודה מול ממשקים פנים וחוץ ארגוניים, לרבות גורמים מקצועיים, ספקים ועורכי דין
- מתן מענה טלפוני ותמיכה מקצועית לעובדי המחלקה
- הפקת דוחות, ביצוע בדיקות ומעקבים שוטפים
- השתלבות בצוות מקצועי המהווה גורם מרכזי בתהליכי סילוק תביעות חבויות גוף
מה אנחנו מחפשים?
- ניסיון בתחום התשלומים ו/או הגבייה – חובה
- היכרות עם תחום הביטוח האלמנטרי – יתרון משמעותי
- שליטה טובה ביישומי Office
היקף משרה:
משרה מלאה, ימים א'-ד', 8.5 שעות ביום, יום ה' 6 שעות, שעות נוספות עפ"י דרישה

רמת גן, מתחם הבורסה, צמוד לרכבת סבידור מרכז, והרכבת הקלה
