What they need
- 负责门票、观光飞行体验票、航空科普研学票的销售、预订与出票
- 操作票务系统，办理售票、退换票、改签及票据核对
- 负责票款收银、日终结算与台账登记，确保账实相符
- 为游客提供购票咨询、项目介绍、路线指引等服务
- 处理现场票务相关突发问题，维护购票秩序
- 配合票务数据统计与营销活动票务支持
任职要求
- 中专 / 高中及以上学历，专业不限
- 熟练使用电脑及常用票务 / 收银软件
- 普通话标准，沟通表达清晰，服务意识强
- 工作细致、有责任心，具备一定财务核算基础者优先
- 能适应节假日轮班及户外 / 现场工作
- 有景区、机场、旅行社、售票窗口经验者优先
