לחברת כוח אדם וותיקה בפריסה ארצית כמעל ל20 סניפים דרוש/ה מנהל/ת סניף לסניף דרום. החברה מספקת שירותי כוח אדם לתחום הקימונאות, יצור, מפעלים וכדומה. התפקיד כולל : ניהול והכשרה של רכזות גיוס , ניהול יחידת רווח והפסד, שימור לקוחות קיימים והגדלתם, יציאה לשטח- להביא לקוחות חדשים פוטנציאליים- לרוב תחומי לוגיסטיקה, קימונאות, צווארון כחול ועוד. שילוב של עבודת שטח + משרד.
העבודה במשרה מלאה , תנאים טובים ושכר הולם + רכב צמוד. ניסיון בניהול סניף של חברת כוח אדם / ניהול תיקי לקוחות מהענף - חובה. ניסיון במכירות שטח - חובה. אסרטיביות , נחישות ומכוונות לתפקיד מאתגר לטווח הארך.
