התפקיד כולל מעקב דיווחי שעות עובדים ואישורם מול דוחות, הפקת חשבוניות, מעקב קבלת הזמנות והפקת הזמנות רכש, רישום פקודות יומן (הכנסות / הוצאות), ניהול ובקרה על פרויקטים, הזמנות ותהליכים פיננסים נוספים.
העבודה הנה מול ממשקים מרובים: עובדי החברה ומנהליה, ספקים ולקוחות כמו כן מאתגרת, דורשת השקעה, סדר וארגון, אחריות ותודעת שירות.
משרה מלאה, ברעננה, במתכונת היברידית עם נכונות לשעות נוספות.
דרישות התפקיד:
ניסיון באדמיניסטרציה פיננסית - חובה.
ידע וניסיון מוכח ב- EXCEL ו- OUTLOOK - חובה.
ניסיון בעבודה ב- SAP - יתרון.
בוגר/ת קורסים בתחום הפיננסי - יתרון.
