Duties

• Develop and implement data collection processes to support digital marketing initiatives, including website analytics, campaign tracking, and user behavior analysis.
• Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize content visibility across search engines.
• Manage and analyze web analytics reports using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels, ensuring optimal performance through continuous monitoring and adjustment.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging content that aligns with SEO strategies and marketing goals.
• Conduct conversion rate optimization by analyzing user pathways, A/B testing, and refining landing pages using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and website management systems like WordPress.
• Support email marketing efforts through campaign setup, segmentation, performance tracking, and automation using marketing automation tools.
• Maintain website management tasks including HTML, CSS, JavaScript coding adjustments, and content updates to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Perform regular web analytics reporting to measure campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns and manage social media accounts to boost brand awareness.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing operations with a strong understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), paid search marketing, and social media marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Google Ads, Facebook Advertising platforms, and web analytics reporting tools.
• Technical proficiency in website management including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for data querying, and familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.
• Skilled in using graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation purposes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage paid advertising campaigns effectively across multiple channels while optimizing performance metrics.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign setup and nurture customer engagement through email marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics reporting to interpret data trends and support strategic decisions.
• Excellent copywriting skills combined with a good understanding of B2B (business-to-business) marketing dynamics are preferred.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $200,000.00 per hour
