崗位職責

• 根據基金經理指令，執行貨幣市場工具、債券、存款證、回購等固定收益產品交易。
• 負責詢價、成交、交易確認及與交易對手溝通，確保交易執行品質。
• 跟進交易清算、結算及異常處理，協調託管行、營運、合規等相關團隊。
• 支援基金日常現金頭寸、流動性管理及到期資產的滾動配置。
• 跟蹤市場利率、資金面及信用市場動態，為基金經理提供交易支援。

任職要求

• 持有學士或以上學歷，金融、經濟或相關專業。
• 具備3年以上香港本地債券交易經驗，具公募基金、資產管理機構或國際金融機構固定收益交易經驗者優先。
• 熟悉香港債券及貨幣市場的交易流程、市場規則、交易確認、託管、清算及結算安排。
• 熟悉短期債券、貨幣市場工具、回購交易及現金流動性管理。
• 具備良好的交易對手溝通能力、執行能力及風險意識。
• 熟練使用 Bloomberg 及常見的固定收益交易和市場數據系統。
• 中英文及普通話流利；工作認真細緻，具備良好的團隊協作能力。

About the role

Execute fixed income transactions, including money market instruments, bonds, certificates of deposit (CDs), and repurchase agreements (repos), in accordance with portfolio managers' instructions. Manage trade enquiries, pricing, execution, trade confirmations, and communication with counterparties to ensure high-quality trade execution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute fixed income transactions, including money market instruments, bonds, certificates of deposit (CDs), and repurchase agreements (repos), in accordance with portfolio managers' instructions
• Manage trade enquiries, pricing, execution, trade confirmations, and communication with counterparties to ensure high-quality trade execution
• Follow up on trade clearing, settlement, and exception handling, and coordinate with custodians, operations, compliance, and other relevant teams
• Support daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and the reinvestment/rollover of maturing assets for funds
• Monitor interest rate markets, funding conditions, and credit market developments, and provide trading support to portfolio managers

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of bond trading experience in the Hong Kong market
• Experience with public mutual funds, asset management firms, or international financial institutions in fixed income trading is preferred
• Familiarity with Hong Kong bond and money market trading processes, market conventions, trade confirmation, custody, clearing, and settlement arrangements
• Sound knowledge of short-term bonds, money market instruments, repos, and cash/liquidity management
• Strong counterparty communication, trade execution, and risk awareness skills
• Proficient in Bloomberg and commonly used fixed income trading and market data systems
• Fluent in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player
