About the role

Assistant Regional Sales Director / Assistant Regional Sales Manager for CPE車牌易, a professional vehicle plate application service provider covering major cross-border ports including Liantang (Heung Yuen Wai), Shenzhen Bay, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, Sha Tau Kok, and other key Hong Kong-China corridors. The role involves leading a sales team to expand into the health appliance market.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and establish a sales team of 10 to 15 people
• Train and motivate team members to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Develop sales strategies and lead the team to achieve performance targets
• Plan product demonstrations, health seminars and customer experience activities
• Develop new customer sources, maintain customer relationships, and follow up on after-sales service
• Report regularly to the company on sales progress and market feedback

About you

• Form 5 or above education level
• 3 or more years of experience in direct sales, insurance, health products, beauty, vehicle plates, health products, automotive business or home appliance industry sales or management
• Experience managing a sales team of 10 or more people is preferred
• Actual experience in recruitment, training and team building is preferred
• Good communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Proactive, goal-oriented and market-sensitive
• Good Cantonese and Mandarin, general English
