What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :
- วางแผนการปฏิบัติงานรายสัปดาห์ให้ สอดคล้องกับแผนการปฏิบัติงานประจำเดือน
- จัดการแปลงปลูกที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามแผนงานและหลักวิชาการ
- ตรวจพื้นที่แปลง และตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา/ผู้รับจ้าง และคนงานรายวันที่รับผิดชอบ ตามแบบฟอร์มที่กำหนด
- จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน ความก้าวหน้า การปฏิบัติงานและปัญหาในการทำงาน
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
- การศึกษาระดับ ปวส.-ปริญญาตรี ทางด้านเกษตร, พืชไร่, พืชสวน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ในการดูแลพืชสวน, การจัดแปลงเกษตร และการใช้เครื่องจักร/อุปกรณ์การเกษตร
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ เข้ากับคนได้ทุกระดับ
- มีความคล่องตัวในการเดินทางและปฏิบัติงานประจำต่างจังหวัด
- มีความรับผิดชอบ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- ใช้โปรแกรม MS-Office ได้ดี
