Duties

• Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
• Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders, payments, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently
• Assist with food handling and preparation tasks to support kitchen staff while maintaining food safety standards
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptl
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, utensils, and service stations in accordance with health regulations
• Monitor time management to ensure timely service during busy hours while providing attentive guest care
• Support cashiering duties by accurately handling cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end

Qualifications

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure guest safety
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
• Mandarin and Basic English are required

Pay: $17.95-$18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
