About the role

This role involves recruiting and selecting contractors for construction projects, coordinating with contractors on employment terms, and managing contractor documentation and payments throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and select contractors suitable for construction projects
• Contact, coordinate, and negotiate employment terms with contractors
• Prepare employment documents such as quotations, contracts, and related documentation
• Verify work results, work volume, and employment terms before proceeding
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and contractor teams to ensure work proceeds according to plan
• Review contractor payment documents such as work milestones, delivery notes, and supporting payment documents
• Systematically store contractor information and project documents
• Create contractor history records and evaluate contractor performance by work category

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Political Science, Construction, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in contractor recruitment, construction work, or project procurement (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills with contractors
• Understanding of employment contracts, quotations, and work milestone payments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Attention to detail in document and numerical verification
• Responsible, able to follow up on work and resolve immediate issues
• Experience in building construction work (preferred)
• Able to work as a team and coordinate with relevant departments
• Valid driver's license and able to drive
• Minimum 1 year of experience
