Packative is redesigning how the packaging industry works. Packaging production runs from quotation to order, production, and delivery, yet most of the industry still manages it through phone calls, email, and Excel.

We are hiring a Product Manager to own Packative One, our CRM/ERP solution for packaging manufacturers and traders. Customers already use it. A PoC with an overseas packaging company and adoption talks with domestic enterprises are underway.

This is not a role for building a product from scratch. Packative One carries technical and planning legacies, and you will work through them with the team while moving the product forward. If you prefer starting something new over improving and accelerating what exists, this role is not the right fit.

About the role

You own Packative One from planning through QA and deployment. You report to the Tech Lead, who oversees technology and product. You decide what to build, why, and when. The Japan PO handles overseas PoCs, and you work with them on the shared roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical and planning legacies in the live product and set cleanup priorities with engineering

• Balance improvements and new development within one quarterly roadmap

• Turn requests from customers, sales, and operations into functional specs, user flows, and screen plans (including permissions, settings, and data separation in a multi-tenant structure)

• Agree on backlog priorities, sprint scope, and timelines, and track delivery metrics weekly

• Define QA criteria per feature and run QA yourself

• Take part in deployments after business hours and finish with post-deployment checks

• Build onboarding guides and user manuals, and run adoption KPIs

• Join enterprise customer meetings to understand field needs firsthand

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of PM experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software

• Experience with SaaS products or multi-tenant architecture

• Experience improving a live product while working through its legacies

• Technical literacy to write functional specs and join engineering reviews (no coding required)

• Experience running QA yourself and owning deployment quality

• Native-level Korean and business-level English (required)

• A habit of customer discovery and clear documentation

Nice to have

• Strong technical understanding (data models, APIs, deployment structure)

• CRM or ERP product experience, or a background in manufacturing, packaging, or logistics

• Experience with enterprise implementation projects

• Experience running development on Linear or Jira

• Active use of AI tools at work

• Business proficiency in Japanese or Chinese

Working conditions

• Full-time, 3-month probation

• Think Factory Dangsan, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul

• 40 hours per week, flexible start between 9:00 and 10:30

• Post-deployment checks after business hours when the schedule requires it
