職責
- 協助分店經理管理店舖及部門日常運作，包括銷售推廣、商品陳列、存貨管理、專櫃管理及成本控制
- 帶領及激勵店舖團隊推動業績增長及提升服務效率及質素，維持團隊積極合作
- 負責人力資源調配、編更、績效評估及日常營運監督，提供適切指導及支援
- 主動了解市場趨勢及顧客需要，協助制定適切銷售策略及服務標準，達成公司訂定的營運目標及銷售指標
入職要求
- 5年以上零售店舖管理經驗（具時裝服飾或家庭生活雜貨銷售經驗優先考慮）
- 主動積極，具責任感、良好溝通及領導能力，善於團隊合作
- 熟悉POS系統、基本電腦操作及店舖日常管理
- 能操流利廣東話，基本英語及普通話
- 需輪班當值，可即時上班者優先考慮
