香港法務主管

工作內容：

負責香港法務職能之管理與運作，並就各項金融業務提供策略性及日常法律支援。包括：

• 領導及管理香港法務部門之整體運作。
• 就重大法律及監管事項向管理團隊、董事會等提供意見並進行報告。
• 就香港金融業務相關法律及監管議題提供專業法律建議。
• 支援各業務單位及後勤部門之法律需求。
• 評估新產品、業務發展計畫及法規變動所衍生之法律風險及影響。
• 處理爭議案件、客戶申訴、主管機關調查及訴訟事務。
• 負責外部法律顧問之遴選、委任及管理。
• 於重大法律或監管事件發生時，提供危機管理及應變支援。
• 協調涉及香港、台灣及新加坡之跨境業務專案與法律事務。
• 建立、帶領及培育法務團隊，推動專業、負責及與業務夥伴共同成長之企業文化。

Key Responsibilities / Scope of Duties

Responsible for leading the legal function of KGI HK and providing strategic and day-to-day legal support across all regulated businesses.

• Lead and manage the Hong Kong Legal Department.
• Report material legal and regulatory matters to senior management, boards and relevant committees.
• Advise on legal and regulatory issues arising from Hong Kong financial services activities.
• Provide legal support to business units and other departments.
• Assess legal implications of new products, business initiatives and regulatory changes.
• Manage disputes, complaints, investigations and litigation matters.
• Oversee engagement and management of external counsel.
• Provide crisis management support in relation to significant legal or regulatory incidents.
• Coordinate legal support for cross-border initiatives involving Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.
• Lead, mentor and develop legal team members; promote a culture of professionalism, accountability and business partnership.

職務需求條件：

1. 具備至少15年以上法律工作經驗。

2. 曾任職於下列機構之一，並具備實質且深入之相關經驗：國際知名律師事務所或頂尖本地律師事務所；及／或大型金融機構、證券商、投資銀行、資產管理公司、私人銀行或綜合金融服務集團。

3. 具備為受監管金融機構及高階管理團隊提供法律建議之經驗。

4. 熟悉香港金融市場監管架構及相關法規。

5. 具備處理大中華區及亞太地區跨境法律與監管事務之實務經驗。

6. 曾帶領法務團隊及管理外部律師事務所者尤佳。

7. 具備卓越之法律判斷能力、商業思維及問題解決能力。

8. 具備流利中英文聽說讀寫能力，另具粵語能力者尤佳

Requirements

1. Minimum 15 years of post-qualification legal experience.

2. Significant experience gained from: eading international or top-tier domestic law firms; and/or major financial institutions, securities firms, investment banks, asset managers, private banks, or diversified financial services groups in the Asia-Pacific region.

3. Demonstrated experience advising regulated financial institutions and senior management.

4. Strong familiarity with Hong Kong financial regulatory framework.

5. Experience handling cross-border legal and regulatory matters involving Greater China and Asia-Pacific markets.

6. Prior experience leading and developing legal teams and managing external counsel is strongly preferred.

7. Native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English drafting and negotiation skills.

8. Cantonese proficiency would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
