Understanding of complex (procedural) technical relations, as well as focused, strong communication skills.

Business thinking, negotiation skills, independent tracking of project deadlines, local mobility within national and international production facilities, persuasion and the ability to organize oneself and work systematically. Ideally knowledge of printing and hot stamping technologies is desirable.
