About the Role

You will provide customer support for an international travel project, assisting customers with travel bookings and related enquiries through phone, chat and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, chat and email
• Assist with travel bookings, amendments, cancellations and general enquiries
• Communicate professionally in English and Mandarin
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Follow company SOPs, processes and compliance requirements
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
• Maintain a high standard of customer service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
• 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates may be considered, subject to client approval
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

• Reading and speaking sentences
• Listening and reading comprehension
• Describing pictures/scenes
• Listening to conversations and answering questions

• Grammar identification
