訪問手当（オンコール対応可能な場合）10,000円／月 ＋ 当番回数、電話対応回数に応じて加算あり
扶養家族手当 一人目10,000円 (以後一人増えるごとに5,000円ずつ増える)

昇給、賞与
昇給年1回、賞与年2回
