该职位来源于猎聘 华东/华南区域，SOHO办公模式，可以根据人选目前所在地确定常驻地。 岗位职责：
1. 全面负责汽车产业集群的主机厂及内饰供应商的开发与维护，实现年度销售目标与回款指标；
2. 深入理解客户内饰材料结构（如植绒、发泡、皮革、PP/ABS塑料贴合）与粘接工艺，提供胶黏剂选型、施工指导、问题诊断等技术支持，提升客户应用稳定性与复购率；
3. 定期收集新能源汽车内饰材料迭代趋势、竞品动态、环保法规更新，形成月度市场分析报告，反哺研发与产品策略；
任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历，化学、材料、市场营销或相关专业优先；
2. 5年及以上汽车内饰胶黏剂、汽车化学品或汽车零部件销售经验，拥有汽车内饰件厂、供应商的成熟客户网络与人脉积累，能快速切入； 3. 理解胶黏剂的粘接原理、固化条件、环保认证（如REACH、RoHS)；
