财务实习生-成本控制分析

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities：

• Map local chart of accounts with global chart of accounts, and incorporate monthly actual business data into the global database accurately and completely. 负责本地会计科目与全球会计科目匹配对接，每月将实际业务数据录入、整合至全球数据库，保障数据同步准确、完整。
• Support the preparation of monthly FTE actual and forecast reports, sort out and highlight FTE over-budget situations, and deliver clear deviation explanations. 协助完成月度全职员工实际人数及预测报表编制，梳理、标注预算外人员差异情况，输出清晰的差异说明。
• Support the preparation of monthly P&L split forecast reports, verify data logic, and ensure the authenticity and consistent statistical caliber of report data. 协助编制月度利润拆分预测报表，核对数据逻辑，保障报表数据真实、口径统一。
• Support the preparation and sorting of monthly CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) reports. 协助完成月度资本性支出（CAPEX）报表的整理与编制工作。
• Validate monthly data of China finished goods storage, maintenance, trucking and port charges. 每月完成中国成品库存、仓储运维、运输及港口费用的数据核对与校验工作。
• Validate monthly cost breakdown data of Special PO to ensure compliant and accurate cost splitting. 按月完成特殊采购订单（Special PO）成本拆解数据校验，确保成本拆分合规、数据无误。
• Validate monthly cost breakdown data of Module PO. 按月完成组件采购订单（Module PO）成本拆解数据校验工作。
• Cooperate with the manufacturing team to check the alignment of monthly 3.1 certificates, SAP finished goods receipts and MS system data. 联动生产团队，每月核对3.1证书、SAP成品收货数据与MS系统数据，保证多系统数据对齐一致。
• Cooperate with the logistics team to prepare monthly finished goods stock reports, check and sort out data deviations between reports and SAP system. 联动物流团队，编制月度成品库存报表，对比分析报表与SAP系统数据差异，完成差异核查与梳理。 Qualifications：
• Current bachelor student, major in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related fields is preferred. 本科在读，会计学、金融学、计算机科学等相关专业优先。
• Fluent in English reading and writing, proficient in handling English reports and working documents. 具备流利的英语读写能力，可熟练处理英文报表及工作文档。
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel data processing functions), with Power BI working experience is preferred. 熟练使用Office办公软件，精通Excel数据处理功能，具备Power BI使用经验者优先。
• Clear logical thinking, good at problem analyzing and solving, with a structured working method. 逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，工作流程清晰、做事有条理。
• Possess logical and structured communication skills, capable of efficient cross-department collaboration. 沟通表达条理清晰、逻辑性强，可高效对接各部门完成协作工作。
