Position

RESPONSIBILITIES：

• Develop and adapt educational modules & training programs on related brands & products, including content, materials, guidelines, technical notes and logistic arrangement.
• Deliver impactful & professional training programs targeting different external audience, including service & management staff of partnering channels, media or customers, etc.
• Train the promotion team in the on- & off-trade outlets, facilitate the application of their understanding of brands & products to influence the sales to end consumers.
• Provide product & portfolio training courses to internal MHD staff.
• In conjunction with brand marketing teams & local field force, take part in PR Events, Educational or Cultural Dinners, or Tasting sessions as an expert-speaker and deliver brand messages to target audience, in particular to help the institutional decision makers increase brand awareness.
• Refer opportunities to develop institutional sales or HNWI recruitment, and provide insight to improve & upgrade the effectiveness of various marketing activations.
• Participate to lead delegated projects, in particular related to enhancing client experience and brand visibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Holder of bachelor degree or above from a recognized tertiary institute. Sommelier or wine-making training is preferred.
• Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin & English.
• Relevant local dialect is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on Wine & Spirits business, or from related sector.
• Direct wine sales and/or production experience from a local or international brand, or distribution company is a plus.
• Hypermarket and hotel sales, marketing or communication experience is preferred.
• Solid public training/speaking and seminar delivery experience.
• Wine-making or sommelier training program design & delivery.
• Excellent presentation & public speaking skill.
• Excellent social etiquette.
• Good listening and communication skill.
• Good networking capability to influence purchase decisions.
• Good time & project management ability.
• Excellent wines and spirits knowledge (cognac, whisky, champagne, red wine, etc).
• Appreciation of high quality lifestyle and culture.
• Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Able to plan, organize & coordinate programs with various complexities.
