负责执行公司质量方针和质量目标，策划、组织公司质量管理体系的改进和体系实施的有效性。负责ISO内外部审核和客户相关审核。In charge of implementation of company quality policy and quality objective, plan and organize company quality system’s improvement and effectiveness. Be responsible for ISO internal & external audit and customer related audit. 9

组织发起、更改、完善公司的质量检验标准、产品检验程序以加强公司质量管理，通过向客户发出零缺陷产品，提高客户满意度。Initiate, change and improve company quality inspection standard, product inspection procedure to enhance company quality management. Improve customers’ satisfaction by delivering non-defect products. 10

组织质量人员完成所有来料检验、过程检验、出厂检验、外包加工检验的实施，证实符合性以控制计划&流程。确保完成各项质量参数记录，建立质量管理档案，制定产品质量改进方案。Organize quality staff to complete all material incoming inspection, process inspection, delivering inspection and out-sourcing inspection, certify Compliance by control plan & procedure. Ensure to complete all quality parameter records, establish quality management archiving and make product quality improvement proposal. 11

负责各种不合格品和质量事故的调查处理，主导对客户投诉进行调查处理和追踪，召开质量会议，确保纠正和预防措施的有效实施。In charge of non-compliance and quality accident investigation and solving. Investigate and follow customers’ complain, organize quality meeting , and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions. 12

参与供应商评审，确保供应商的质量控制满足公司的加工要求。Participate in supplier audit, and ensure the quality control of customers to satisfy our company’s process requirements. 13

负责质量部门人员的培训和专业技术的提升，管理并激励下属，提升团队绩效。Be responsible for the training and technology improvement of quality department staff, manage and motivate subordinates to improve team performance. 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，主修机械工程类专业及相关专业。Bachelor degree or above, Major in mechanical engineering and related.

五年以上采购物流管理工作经验，或五年以上质量管理经验；具备制造和装配的识图能力。 喷涂行业工作经验优先 Five-year working experience in procurement management, or Five - year working experience of quality management. Complete ability to read mechnical drawings. Working experience in coating industry is a plus, 3. 具备使用检验和测量仪器评估表面硬度，粗糙度，金属和非金属涂层和尺寸的能力。Capable to to use inspection and measuring equipment for assessing surfaces hardness, roughness, metallic and non-metallic coating layers and geometries.

• 具有焊接专业的知识。Good knowledge in welding plant. 5. 优秀的沟通能力和团队管理能力。 Work in a professional way, excellent communication skills and team management skill. 8. 良好的书面英文沟通能力。Good in written English.
