一、后勤保障（主要工作）

• 厂区食堂管理：餐标核算、食堂供应商对接、菜品监督、就餐秩序、餐费结算
• 物业管理：水电、停车场，厂区道路雨水井，防虫，排水淤检查，垃圾清运
• 厂区保洁、绿化、门卫安保外包管理：监督物业日常工作、卫生检查、安保巡检，处理投诉
• 厂区后勤物资：饮用水、清洁耗材采购、领用&清洁记录台账

二、固定资产与厂区事务

• 厂区非生产类固定资产：办公家具、电脑、空调、办公设备登记、盘点、报修
• 厂区标识、宣传栏、门牌、厂区 5S 公共区域维护
• 厂区土建 / 装修零星维修对接，联系维修服务商

三、接待、会务、对外对接

• 客户、审核老师（ISO、EHS、客户审厂）来访接待：会议室安排、茶水、参观引导、车辆 / 酒店预订
• 内部会议：会议室管理、会议准备、会议纪要协助
• 政府部门对接辅助：生态局、安监、街道等来访接待，材料协助整理
• 员工活动：年会、团建、节日福利采购发放（中秋、端午礼品等）

四、员工事务支持

• 宿舍 / 食堂相关员工意见收集、问题协调
• 信件快递收发管理

五、文档、制度、综合协同

• 行政类制度编写更新：访客管理、会议室管理、厂区车辆管理等
• 行政档案归档，各类行政单据留存
• 厂区车辆管理：公务车调度、年检保养
