职位介绍： 游客的反馈对上海迪士尼度假区的日常运营至关重要。游客调研访问专员通过专业的培训，将拥有敏锐的市场洞察能力。通过与游客的沟通，收集游客各种不同方面的体验反馈，进行数据的整理，帮助上海迪士尼度假区为游客提供更好的神奇体验和服务。 工作内容： 通过日常与游客的互动收集游客在上海迪士尼度假区内各个不同方面体验的反馈 能在一个快节奏的环境下按标准保质保量地完成各项数据收集工作 以专业的并且愿意提供帮助的态度对待游客提出的问询 要时刻把安全要求放首位 完成上级布置的额外工作 此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责： 在各区域协助客流管控 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助 确保工作区域的干净和整洁 协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等） 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾 在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位） Job Summary: Guest feedback is very important for improving various aspects of Shanghai Disney Resort operations. As a Guest Researcher Specialist, you will be offered professional training and will have sharp market insight. Through communication with guests, you will collect feedback, aiming to improve the magical experience and provide better service. What You’ll Do: Collect guest feedback on their Shanghai Disney Resort experience through daily interactions Be able to complete the assigned work with high quality in a fast-paced environment Attend to all guest enquiries with poise in a helpful and professional manner Perform all actions safely in accordance with prescribed methods and equipment Perform additional duties as directed by leaders Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time. Support guest flow in general, including in different locations Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed Support cleaning work areas and guest areas Assist logistics and stocking Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only) 职位要求： 我们希望您： 能长时间的手托Tablet（平板电脑，大约3斤）进行工作并熟练使用平板电脑/电脑 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日 能接受在度假区不同的区域工作 能接受大部分时间在户外场所工作，包括不同季节，不同气候，长时间站立或者是行走以接触不同游客来收集数据 可以使用英语进行基本沟通 What To Bring: Can hold a Tablet (around 1.5kg) to work for a long time and strong tablet/computer skills Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays Flexible to work in different areas of the park and other resort areas Ability to work outdoors for most of the shift, including during a variety of weather conditions and seasons, while standing and continuous walking Can use English for basic communication
