- จัดการและให้ข้อมูล ข้อสงสัย และข้อร้องเรียนของผู้รับบริการด้วยความเป็นมืออาชีพ
- บันทึกข้อมูลและสร้างสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับผู้รับบริการเพื่อเพิ่มความสำเร็จของการรักษา
- ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อให้บริการที่ราบรื่นและครอบคลุม
คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์
- ปริญญาตรีด้านการโรงแรม ธุรกิจ บริหารทั่วไป หรือด้านสาธารณสุข
- มีประสบการณ์การบริการลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา การสื่อสาร การบริการลูกค้า
- สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้
