綜合管理經理

主要職責

1. 組織建設

負責相關組織事務的日常管理工作，統籌和推動各項內部活動、主題學習及決策會議籌辦，決策紀要撰寫。

2. 綜合文稿及彙報材料撰寫

負責撰寫年度工作計劃、工作總結、專項報告、管理層簡報、領導講稿及專題研究材料，統籌各類資料收集、整理及匯總工作，協助對接集團及上級管理單位的報送及匯報要求。

3. 公文管理和督辦

負責公司收發文管理、重要會議領導批示督辦。

4.內部宣傳

負責及內部宣傳工作，包括新聞稿、專題報導、內部網路內容製作，建立良好的企業品牌及員工認同感。

崗位要求

• 持有學士學位或以上學歷；中文、新聞傳播、公共行政、管理學、人力資源管理或相關專業優先考慮；
• 具5年或以上文字材料、組織協調或相關工作經驗；曾於大型企業、中資機構或跨地域企業工作者優先；
• 具優秀公文撰寫能力，能獨立完成各類報告、簡報、總結、決策會議材料；
• 工作成熟穩重，具高度責任感及保密意識，處事細緻嚴謹，具良好組織及協調能力；
• 流利普通話及粵語，具良好英文讀寫能力；
• 熟練使用 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint），具文件管理、資料整理及活動執行經驗。
