職責：
- 為學生及其家庭提供個案輔導服務，包括個案評估、輔導及轉介
- 統籌及推行全方位學生輔導服務，包括個案輔導、小組及大型活動，策劃及提供家長教育
- 與教師、SEN 統籌主任及校外機構保持緊密協作
入職要求：
- 持認可社會工作副學位或以上學歷，必須為註冊社工
- 具備良好人際關係、溝通能力及團隊精神，能獨立工作
上述職位須通過『性罪行定罪紀錄查核』、在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績，具學校工作經驗者優先。
