人力资源实习生

协助员工入职、转正、离职等手续办理及人事档案（员工名册）的建立与维护 / Assist onboarding, probation, offboarding procedures and maintenance of personnel records

协助劳动合同及各类人事文件的准备、签署与归档 / Support preparation, signing and filing of employment contracts and HR documents

协助考勤数据收集、核对与汇总，配合薪资核算基础数据整理 / Assist attendance data collection, verification and payroll base data preparation

协助员工关系活动组织（沟通会、满意度调查、团建等）及记录整理 / Support employee relations activities and documentation

协助招聘流程：职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排与反馈记录 / Assist recruiting: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling

6. 协助办公用品、固定资产的采购申请、领用登记与台账管理 / Assist office supplies and fixed assets purchasing, registration and ledger management

7. 协助文件翻译、会务安排、来访接待等日常行政支持 / Support document translation, meeting arrangement and reception

8. 协助差旅、签证及外籍人员相关行政事项的办理与跟进 / Assist travel, visa and expatriate-related administrative matters

9. 其他上级交办的临时任务 / Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

任职要求 / Requirements

本科 / 硕士在读，人力资源、行政管理、工商管理、外语（英语 / 法语）等相关专业优先 / Current bachelor's or master's student, major in HR, administration, business or foreign languages (English/French) preferred

熟练使用 Office 办公软件（Word/Excel/PPT），数据处理细心 / Proficient in Office tools, careful with data

英语可作为工作语言者优先（涉及海外项目跨文化协作） / English working proficiency preferred

责任心强、沟通能力好、执行力高，能实习 3 个月以上、每周至少 3-4 天 / Responsible, communicative, can intern 3+ months, 3-4 days/week
