该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责Job Description： 1. 战略寻源与采购管理: 负责所辖品类的寻源与采购工作，通过供应商开发与评估、询价招标、商务谈判及采购策略执行，实现质量、成本、交付及可持续采购目标。 Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Be responsible for sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories by identifying, evaluating, and developing qualified suppliers, conducting RFQ/RFP processes, negotiating commercial terms, and supporting sourcing strategies to achieve quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability objectives. 2. 供应商管理: 负责供应商关系维护及绩效管理，通过供应商评估、能力提升、风险管控和持续改善活动，确保供应商持续满足质量、交付、服务及合规要求。 Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular evaluation, development, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement activities, ensuring suppliers consistently meet quality, delivery, service, and compliance expectations. 3. 采购订单与供应保障: 负责采购订单执行及供应保障工作，确保物料按时到位、交付稳定、库存合理，并协调解决供应过程中的各类异常问题，保障生产和业务连续性。 Purchase Order & Supply Assurance: Execute purchase order management and supply fulfillment activities, ensuring timely material availability, delivery reliability, inventory optimization, and effective coordination of supply issues to support uninterrupted business operations. 4. 成本、合同与风险管理: 负责采购成本分析、商务条款谈判、合同管理及采购合规工作，同时识别并降低供应链、供应商、物流、产能及市场变化等相关风险。 Cost, Contract & Risk Management: Support commercial negotiations, contract administration, cost analysis, and procurement compliance while identifying and mitigating supply chain, commercial, capacity, logistics, and supplier-related risks. 5. 跨部门协作与持续改善: 与研发、生产、EHS、质量、物流、财务及项目团队紧密合作，支持新产品导入、工程变更、本地化采购、供应商评审及采购流程持续优化。 Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across R&D, Production, EHS, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Project teams to support new product introduction, engineering changes, localization initiatives, supplier reviews, and procurement continuous improvement projects. 6. 合规、数据与报告管理: 确保采购活动符合公司制度、商业道德及法律法规要求，维护准确的采购数据和供应商档案，并通过采购部门相关KPI分析和报告支持业务决策。 Compliance, Data & Reporting: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate procurement data, supplier records, and KPI reporting to support business decision-making. 任职资格Job Qualification： 教育背景 Educational Background

大专及以上学历，供应链管理、采购管理、工商管理、工程技术、国际贸易等相关专业优先。 College degree or above in in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related disciplines. 专业技能Technical Skill

• 具备良好的英语读写及沟通能力，能够与国内外供应商和内部利益相关方进行专业沟通。 Good written and spoken English; able to communicate with domestic & overseas suppliers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner. 2. 了解采购流程、RFQ/RFP、采购订单管理、供应商管理、基础合同条款、成本分析及库存/MRP逻辑。 Understanding of procurement process, RFQ/RFP, purchase order management, supplier management, basic contract terms, cost analysis, and inventory/MRP logic. 3. 熟练使用Excel、PPT、Outlook；具备ERP（SAP、Oracle ERP、Microsoft Dynamics 365等）、SAP Ariba、SRM或电子寻源工具经验优先。 Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; hands-on experience with (SAP、Oracle ERP、Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.)、SAP Ariba、SRM or eSourcing tools preferred.

工作经验Work Experience： 35年或以上采购、寻源、供应链或买方的相关经验，且制造业、工业企业或跨国公司背景优先。 35 years or more of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or buyer experience, and manufacturing, industrial, or multinational background preferred.
