• 项目管理流程: 建立并持续优化TMCJ项目管理流程，确保项目范围、进度、成本、质量、资源、风险、变更、文件、阶段评审及项目结项得到有效管理。 Project Management Process: Establish and continuously improve TMCJ’s project management process, ensuring effective control of project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, changes, documentation, stage-gate reviews, and closure. 2. 研发与生产技术开发项目: 主导或协调TMCJ研发与生产技术开发项目，从概念和可行性评估到样件、验证、中试、工程放行及正式移交生产的全过程。 R&D and Production Technology Development Projects: Lead or Coordinate TMCJ R&D and Production Technology Development projects from concept and feasibility assessment through prototype, validation, pilot production, engineering release, and formal transfer to manufacturing. 3. 国产化与供应商开发项目: 主导或协调材料、零部件、工装、设备、工艺的国产化和供应商开发项目，提高成本竞争力、供应安全、质量及本地技术能力。 Localization and Supplier Development Projects: Lead or coordinate localization and supplier development projects for materials, components, tooling, equipment, and processes to improve cost competitiveness, supply security, quality, and local technical capability. 4. 安全、质量、成本与交付运营绩效改善项目: 主导安全、质量、成本和交付相关的跨部门改善项目，应用结构化问题解决、精益制造、六西格玛、数字化/智能化等方法来提升运营绩效。 S/Q/C/D Operational Performance Improvement Projects: Lead cross-functional improvement projects targeting safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance, applying structured problem-solving, Lean Manufacturing, six sigma, digitalization and intelligence methods. 5. 项目控制、报告与利益相关方管理: 通过跟踪里程碑、KPI、预算、风险、行动、决策及收益，建立透明的项目报告和利益相关方协调机制，并及时向管理层升级重大偏差。 Project Control, Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent project reporting and effective stakeholder coordination by tracking milestones, KPIs, budgets, risks, actions, decisions, and benefits, and escalating critical deviations to management in a timely manner.

任职资格Job Qualification： 教育背景 Educational Background

大专及以上学历，材料工程、机械工程、制造工程、工业工程、表面工程、冶金、机电一体化或相关技术专业。 College degree or above in in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Surface Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines. 具备金属材料、热处理、表面处理、镀层/涂层技术、制造工艺或精密零部件相关学习或实践背景者优先。 Academic or practical exposure to metallic materials, heat treatment, surface treatment, plating/coating technology, manufacturing processes, or precision components is preferred.

专业技能Technical Skill

： 1. 具备良好的中英文读写及沟通能力，能够与全球同事、供应商及技术合作伙伴协作； Good written and spoken English and Chinese; able to work with global colleagues, suppliers, and technical partners. 2. 熟悉项目章程、WBS、进度、里程碑、项目关卡、利益相关方、资源、预算、风险、问题、变更、收益、移交及结项管理； Familiar with Project charter, WBS, schedule, milestone, stage-gate, stakeholder, resource, budget, risk, issue, change, benefit, handover, and closure management. 3. 了解金属材料、热处理、表面准备、清洗、镀层/涂层基础、制造过程控制及精密零部件的要求。 Knowledge of metallic materials, heat treatment, surface preparation, cleaning, plating/coating fundamentals, manufacturing process control, and precision-component requirements.

工作经验Work Experience

• 3~5年以上项目工程、制造工程、工艺工程、产品开发、产业化或技术项目管理经验； Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, product development, industrialization, or technical project management. 2. 具有金属加工、精密零部件、热处理、表面处理、镀层/涂层、工装、机械设备或工业制造经验者优先。 Experience in metal processing, precision components, heat treatment, surface treatment, plating/coating, tooling, machinery, or industrial manufacturing is preferred. 3. 具备跨国制造企业新产品导入、国产化、设备导入、供应商开发或运营改善项目经验者优先。 Experience with new product introduction, localization, equipment introduction, supplier development, or operational improvement projects in a multinational manufacturing environment is preferred.
