1. Installer Community System Operations & Continuous Improvement — 50%

• Plan and control budgets related to digital marketing and system operations; monitor and evaluate agreed KPIs.
• Oversee the daily operations of the AIKO Installer Community and Distributor system; liaise with HQ Marketing, IT, local marketing teams, and customers to clarify program rules and system requirements, drive implementation, and ensure a smooth member experience.
• Manage points accumulation, allocation, and prize eligibility review, incentive distribution, and merchandise delivery; regularly produce operational analysis reports.
• Design tiered operation strategies; plan and organize community activities to drive member participation and improve activity, repurchase rate, and loyalty.

2. Data Analysis & Growth Insights — 25%

• Analyze customer data, ensure data quality, identify customer segments and their behavioral patterns and trends, and produce data reports to support business growth decisions.
• Based on business feedback and data performance, continuously optimize system functions and drive integration among CRM, marketing automation, membership systems, and data analytics tools to form an operational closed loop.
• Continuously improve functionality, processes, and automation levels based on business feedback and data performance.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Marketing Support — 25%

• Manage ANZ marketing materials, including printed materials, event materials, gifts, and demonstration props.
• Participate in the planning and execution support of ANZ training, roadshows, exhibitions, and other events.
• Assist with communication work such as case study and customer testimonial video shoots.
• Support digital marketing needs in other APAC markets and replicate Australian experience where applicable.

Requirements

• Must hold permanent residency or Australian citizenship and be legally eligible to work in Australia.
• Based in Melbourne; occasional travel required.
• Business-level English and fluent Mandarin required.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time marketing experience; experience in digital marketing or building brand-owned private communities is highly desirable.
• Self-driven, able to receive objectives and independently build workflows to achieve them.
