1、负责会所的所有宴会、会议、餐饮及餐厅应节食品等的销售及预订工作; 2、完成部门设定的销售目标及相关任务; 3、负责部门相关部分的预算制定，并积极参与预测及市场计划的制定; 4、与餐饮部沟通协调，共同议定宴会及餐饮菜单及价格; 5、无论何时致力于增加销售额，并对团队及宴会收入进行有效的预测; 6、与其他部门沟通、协调、密切配合; 7、完成公司交办的其他工作。

1、大学专科以上学历; 2、具有酒店宴会/餐饮销售同等岗位至少3年工作经验，特别是大型宴会的销售，能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作，拥有一定的客户资源，团队合作精神; 3、对星级酒店宴会的组织及执行有丰富的经验; 4、具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力; 5、工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维。 6、能在强压下胜任工作。
