精通预防性维护计划制定、设备故障根因分析及改进方案设计 2、工作经验：5 年以上大型压铸机加汽配工厂设备管理经验，其中 3 年以上压铸设备团队管理经验 3、学历专业：大专及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机电一体化、设备工程等相关专业 4、职业资格：持有机械工程师、设备工程师等中级及以上职称者优先
