该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职麦: 1.负责设计院的整体运营和管理工作 2.指导和监督设计项目的实施，确保设计质量和进度 3.负责公司设计院标准体系的建立及完善，推动标准化工作，提升工作效率； 4.组织院内技术会议，组织确定设计、科研工作中中大复杂技术问题的解决方案，必要时提交公司技术委员会作出决定； 5.负责组织项目各设计阶段的技术评审工作。 任职要求: 1.具备出色的领导能力和团队管理能力 2.全日制本科及以上学历，化工类相关专业，高级工程师及以上职称（同等条件下具有注册类执业资格者优先）；
3.15年以上电力、石化或环保行业设计经验，三年以上电力、石化或环保公司相关岗位工作经历；
