• 全面统筹酒店财务体系搭建、预算编制、成本管控、资金管理、账务核算、税务筹划、内控审计等工作； 2.严格执行皇冠假日酒店财务管理制度与系统标准，对接洲际集团财务审计； 3.统筹筹开阶段财务建账、物资盘点、合同审核、费用管控，保障酒店开业后财务合规、高效运转。
• 会计或财务专业/ 本科及以上高等教育资格，持有中级及以上会计职称，注册会计师优先； 2.4~8年国际品牌酒店会计或审计经验，至少一年助理财务总监或类似管理职位经验，或教育背景加相关工作经验达到同等水平，有IHG酒店从业经验者优先； 3.熟悉 Opera 系统、酒店财务 ERP 系统，精通酒店成本核算、收益管控、税务合规； 4.具备良好的职业操守与风险管控能力； 5.年龄30-45周岁
