职位概述 Position Summary

我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的数字化工厂项目经理，负责标杆工厂数字化转型项目的整体推进与落地实施。

该岗位重点负责数字化项目管理、业务需求管理、跨部门协同、利益相关者管理以及变革管理，确保数字化项目能够有效转化为业务成果，并形成可复制、可推广的数字化工厂模式。

该岗位将与工厂管理层、运营团队、质量团队、供应链团队、IT团队、应用开发团队以及数字化工厂架构负责人紧密合作，共同推动数字化工厂建设。

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

• Lighthouse Factory Program Leadership

标杆工厂数字化项目管理

Lead end-to-end execution of Digital Factory initiatives within the Lighthouse Factory.

Establish project governance, implementation roadmap, milestone tracking, and reporting mechanisms.

Drive project delivery from requirement definition through deployment and stabilization.

Ensure digital projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.

Build and document best practices to support future global deployment.

• Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Alignment

Stakeholder管理与跨部门协同

Act as the key coordinator among Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT and Digital teams.

Facilitate business requirement workshops and project reviews.

Align priorities, resources, and expectations across stakeholders.

Drive issue resolution and decision-making across functions.

Establish effective communication mechanisms with plant leadership and executive management.

Collect and evaluate digitalization opportunities from factory operations.

Prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic importance.

Translate business requirements into clear project scopes and implementation plans.

Manage project portfolio and resource allocation.

Maintain the Digital Factory roadmap and deployment pipeline.

任职资格 Qualifications 教育背景 Education

本科及以上学历，工业工程、制造工程、运营管理、信息系统或相关专业。

工作经验 Experience

5+ years of project or program management experience.

Experience in manufacturing, operations excellence, or digital transformation programs.

Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects.

Experience working with factory operations and manufacturing stakeholders.

Experience in MES, ERP, Manufacturing Analytics, or Digital Factory initiatives preferred.
