About the role

This is a strategic business development role focused on global immigration policy research, high-net-worth client lifecycle management, and team leadership. You will independently manage core projects including European investment immigration (Malta, Greece) and passport programs (Turkey, St. Kitts, Grenada), with opportunities to progress toward business partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Track global immigration policy dynamics and monthly publish Global Policy Briefings with geopolitical analysis
• Design and deliver customized "immigration + identity + asset" integrated solutions for high-net-worth clients
• Lead high-net-worth client needs assessment and manage complex cases including fund source compliance and visa appeals
• Coordinate with overseas legal teams and manage policy risk controls
• Lead and mentor team members with regular training on global policy interpretation and client negotiation techniques
• Establish partnerships with private banks and family offices to organize seminars on immigration strategy
• Conduct foundational analysis and process design for new immigration projects
• Perform deep screening and compliance review of case materials across different jurisdictions
• Manage cross-departmental collaboration and establish efficient internal file management systems

About you

• 5+ years of front-line experience in immigration or education industry with at least 20 successful approved cases
• Extensive hands-on experience serving high-net-worth clients (HNWIs) and designing customized solutions
• Strong logical thinking with genuine comfort handling detailed document analysis and compliance screening
• Broad international perspective with keen awareness of global geopolitical and policy developments
• Quick response time and ability to calmly make sound judgments in urgent situations
• Familiarity with mainstream immigration country policy details
• Experience leading compliance reviews such as fund source tracing with no major errors
• Direct and precise communication with clear understanding of management directives and project details
