质量工程师（发动机）

1、Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline遵守斯堪尼亚安全环境职业健康及质量方针

2、Quality Assurance & Compliance质量保证与合规。 3、Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure all products and manufacturing processes meet established quality standards. 与生产、物流和工程团队紧密协作，确保所有产品和制造流程符合既定的质量标准。

4、Execute and monitor Quality Control plans and inspection procedures. 执行并监控生产各阶段的质量控制计划及检验程序。

5、Ensure full compliance with relevant industry regulations, international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), and internal quality policies. 确保完全符合相关行业法规、国际标准（如 ISO 9001、IATF 16949）以及内部质量政策。

6、Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. 及时应对并解决客户投诉，确保满足甚至超越客户期望。

7、Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Implement root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram). 运用结构化方法论（如 8D、5Why、鱼骨图）执行质量问题的根本原因分析（RCA）。

8、Focus on preventive actions rather than just corrective measures; identify potential risks and implement controls to prevent recurrence. 侧重于预防措施而非仅采取纠正措施；识别潜在风险并实施控制手段以防止问题复发。

9、Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce Non-Direct run, scrap, and rework costs. 推动持续改进计划，降低非直接运行成本（直通率）、废品率及返工成本。

10、Develop and deliver training programs for employees on quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Control Plans) and Lean manufacturing concepts. 开发并向员工提供关于质量工具（如 SPC、FMEA、控制计划）和精益制造概念的培训项目。

11、Promote Quality mindset across the organization by coaching staff on best practices and standard operating procedures (Element sheet). 通过指导员工掌握最佳实践和标准作业程序（Element sheet），在全公司范围内推广质量意识。

12、Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. 收集并分析质量数据，以识别趋势、差距及改进机会。

13、Prepare regular quality reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) 编制定期质量报告，重点展示关键绩效指标（KPI）。 14、Other tasks assigned by manager 经理安排的其他工作。 To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. Industrial automation principles (SCADA, MES…) 工业自动化基础知识（SCADA，MES…）。 10、Power BI intermediate/3D experience 掌握Power BI/3D experience系统。 11、Technical drawing (CAD/CATIA) analysis and interpretation 能识读图纸。。 12、SAP knowledge

ERP/SAP基础知识。 13、MS Project basics or equivalent MS项目管理软件。 14、Data analytics basic concepts 数据统计和分析技能。 15、Conflict management and communication 冲突管理及沟通。 16、Fluent oral and written English 英语可作为工作语言。
