About the role

This role involves managing local DTC customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving business growth in the region. You will develop and execute regional business strategies, manage channel partnerships, and ensure stable regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage local DTC customer relationships, maintain accounts, and drive operational excellence to increase customer repurchase rates and conversion
• Identify and develop high-quality local partnership channels and market resources to build a comprehensive regional channel system and achieve business growth targets
• Develop and execute regional monthly and quarterly business operation plans, review performance, and adjust strategies based on local market dynamics
• Collect, analyse, and review regional sales data; produce business reports; identify issues and implement optimisation solutions to support business decisions
• Coordinate with local agent service providers to align business requirements, track collaboration progress, resolve partnership issues, and maintain stable relationships
• Manage regional channel compliance, oversee product pricing coordination and approvals, control regional pricing systems, and maintain healthy market order

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 1-3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce, fast-moving consumer goods, health and wellness industry channel operations, market expansion, or business operations
• Familiarity with Hong Kong/Singapore local market rules, channel models, and DTC operation logic; local market resources preferred
• Ability to conduct basic sales data analysis and performance reviews; strong communication and coordination skills; proficiency in customer and channel management
• Strong goal orientation and logical thinking; capable of independently managing end-to-end regional business execution; ability to adapt to overseas local business pace
• Fluent in Chinese and English business communication; familiarity with local business environment preferred
