Key responsibilities
- 全面負責蔬菜水果部門的日常營運管理，包括訂貨、收貨、陳列、促銷及庫存控制。
- 制定並執行部門銷售目標、毛利目標及損耗控制計劃，持續提升業績
- 監督商品品質與新鮮度，嚴格把關進貨驗收、保鮮管理及報廢流程
- 規劃貨架陳列、堆頭及季節性促銷活動，提升商品吸引力與客流量
- 帶領、培訓及激勵部門員工，建立高效、專業的團隊
- 與供應商保持良好溝通，掌握市場行情、新品資訊及成本控制
- 處理顧客投訴與意見，確保優質服務水平
- 遵守食品安全法規及公司營運標準，確保部門合規運作
About you
- 具相關管理經驗者
- 3年以上超市／生鮮零售管理經驗，熟悉蔬菜水果採購、陳列及損耗管理
- 具備良好的領導能力、溝通協調能力及解決問題能力
- 對蔬果商品知識有深入認識，了解季節性產品、保鮮技術及市場趨勢
- 能承受工作壓力，適應早班／晚班及週末輪班
- 積極主動、責任心強，具備成本意識及業績導向思維
