客房服务员

【岗位职责】 1、负责客房及公共区域的日常清洁与维护工作，确保房间整洁、舒适，符合酒店卫生标准； 2、按标准流程更换床单、毛巾，补充客房用品（如洗漱用品、茶包等），并检查设施设备是否完好； 3、及时上报客房内损坏或需维修的设施，并跟进处理进度； 4、协助处理客人的合理需求，如加送物品、清洁服务等，提供礼貌、高效的服务； 5、遵守酒店安全及卫生管理制度，正确使用清洁工具和化学药剂，确保工作环境安全。

【岗位要求】 1、身体健康，能适应体力劳动及站立工作，无传染性疾病； 2、具备良好的服务意识，工作细致、责任心强，能独立完成清洁任务； 3、无需相关工作经验，愿意接受岗前培训； 4、能适应排班制（含早晚班），服从工作安排； 5、具备基础普通话沟通能力，能与同事及客人顺畅交流。
