该职位来源于猎聘 项目合同经理 行业：LNG、海洋油气、石油化工 岗位职责：
- 为各部门提供合同全周期专业支持，涵盖从项目启动到合同关闭
- 协调工程团队与总部法务，起草及定稿合同文件
- 负责EPC项目合同管理：函件往来、索赔与变更处理、付款核实、争议解决支持
- 审核合同范围、条款及定价机制，编制合同文件
- 处理变更请求、签发合同修订、评估索赔、关闭合同
- 确保合同及采购策略符合公司制度与流程
- 严格保密，恪守职业道德，维护零伤害文化
- 组织会议并发布纪要，开展知识转移培训 任职要求：
- 工程相关学位或文凭
- 出色商务英语书面及口头能力，具备普通话能力
- 丰富合同起草经验，熟悉石油行业标准及国际环保法规
- 精通商务函件与合同用语，具备较强分析、谈判及解决问题能力
- 熟悉总价、成本加酬金、单价等合同补偿机制
- 掌握合同法及仲裁知识
- 能独立工作，责任心强，熟练使用办公软件
- 具备领导力及沟通能力，能按期完成任务
- 10-15年油气行业经验，有FPSO经验者优先
- 有油气EPC项目合同管理成功经验，FPSO项目经验者优先
