About the role

This role involves collecting process optimization requirements across business lines, focusing on business systems, product-end processes, end-to-end processes, and functional management processes. You will identify pain points and bottlenecks, and initiate process optimization and redesign initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect process optimization requirements from various business lines and identify pain points and bottlenecks across business systems, product processes, end-to-end flows, and functional management processes
• Manage the full lifecycle of process optimization initiatives, including requirement alignment, research and assessment, process decomposition, solution design, iterative optimization, and implementation
• Coordinate business and technical resources, control project progress, and ensure process transformation and management platform system changes are delivered and accepted on schedule
• Collaborate with system project managers to advance multi-system coordinated process standardization transformation and unify company-wide business process standards
• Maintain process documentation, standards, and solution archives; conduct regular process inspections; and continuously drive process quality and efficiency improvements
• Complete other temporary and phase-based work assigned by supervisors

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Enterprise Management, Process Management, Computer Science, or related fields
• 3-5 years or more of experience in enterprise business process mapping, process optimization, and process initiative implementation and governance
• Proficient in business process mapping, flowchart creation, requirements analysis, and solution design; able to independently complete process optimization initiatives in a single domain
• Familiar with enterprise end-to-end business processes and functional process operating logic; able to accurately identify process pain points, redundant steps, and risk points
• Strong cross-departmental coordination and progress control capabilities; able to independently coordinate business and technical teams to drive process transformation implementation
• Familiar with process management platform fundamentals; able to support system transformation work and ensure process standardization and systematic implementation
• Strong problem analysis and resolution capabilities; rigorous and responsible in work; able to efficiently drive initiative closure
• Professional certifications in process management or enterprise governance are preferred
